CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
As a customs Agent, we facilitate communication between government authorities and our clients, we prepare applications for Customs Tariff Concessions where applicable.
Whether importing for domestic use, or entry via our ports but in Transit to neighboring countries, or perhaps exporting to another country, you require a registered Custom Agent to prepare the right documentation in a language understood by Custom Agents so as to facilitate entry into or exit out of the port.

SEA FREIGHT
Ocean freight remains the most economical way to ship products. Every month millions of containers reach ports worldwide. There is basically no size or weight limit for shipping via ocean freight. Compared to air freight, the transit time is longer, but the cost is lower via ocean freight.
We will work closely with your consignor and shipping Lines to ensure that your Cargo is loaded at the port of exit, and while the vessel is in high seas we can track and let you know the location.

Nairobi’s JKIA remains the Main Air Cargo Container Terminal in Kenya; we have stationed a very able officer who is conversant and more than willing to sort your Air Freight needs and queries as well.

BORDER PRO
This is for consignments in transit; it is commonly referred to as “Transit Goods”. These are consignments that enter through our ports but destined to other countries.
After entry, these consignments pass through our roads or railways and have to exit a border point.
This service is a border solution program aimed at assisting carriers cross borders without hitches. The objective is to help you cut through the red tape and avoid unnecessary delays on frontier stations
